Q.  WHAT IS THE GOOD / BEST AGE TO LEARN ELECTRONICS ? 
Ans:  There is no certain age defined to learn ELECTRONICS.  But in my (Sonu Model
Makers, Sector-12, Noida) view its batter you should learn electronics when you feel that you need to learn this.  (Please Consult Your Parents if you are Minor i.e. if you are below 13 years ? Please Consult Your Guardians before learning Electronics because Some High Voltage(s) are danger and fatal for health / life.). 



NOTE: its batter that first of all you need to learn 0-12 Volts low voltage hobby electronics, If you want to learn high voltage (more than 1 amp current and more than 12 V Voltage) electronics then only you should learn under the umbrella of an expert


CONCLUSION: If you are fully healthy with mind - you can learn electronics at any age - there is no age bar. All you need is craziness and passion to learn electronics. History shows that only crazy people move forward in life. 
(if you have any kind of mind related disease like motor nerve problems, ADHD, down syndrome, urological problems or problem - please consult your doctor before learning electronics - suppose you have some shaking hands problem and experimenting with lithium ion batteries - there are lot of chance that they may explode.

To understand electronics we need to learn property of electron, proton, neutron, in our middle class in our schools we have already learned that the FLOW OF ELECTRONS IS CALLED ELECTRICITY.
